Keep project secrets out of the form
Use a general description of the model or route problem. Do not submit building security details, private addresses, confidential plans or personal data about project participants. The contact page does not provide file uploads.
What a successful receipt means
The PHP endpoint validates the name, email, subject and message before saving them to the site’s private inbox. It adds a reference number and receipt time. A one-way hash based on the sender’s network address is included for submission-rate control.
The success notice is confirmation of server storage. It is not confirmation that an email was sent, a project was accepted or a technical review has begun.
Use and access
The operator reviews spatial enquiries and uses the details to manage any follow-up. Direct browser access to the data directory is denied. The hosting environment may generate access and error logs as part of normal operation.
There are no embedded advertising trackers or third-party audience-analysis scripts in this guide.
How to raise a data request
Use the contact form to ask about access, an amendment or deletion. Include the earlier receipt reference and enough information to identify the message, without resending unnecessary sensitive content. Requests may need identity verification.
Stored correspondence does not have an automatic expiry in the software. Retention should be reviewed against the continuing need for the enquiry and applicable operational obligations.
The calculator is local
Dimensions entered into the scale aid are calculated in the browser and are not submitted. Temporary checklist choices behave the same way. Only a completed contact submission creates an inbox record.
